Five years of building digital systems for business and government
BINNOVA is an IT company from Astana and an Astana Hub resident. Operating since 2020, under the BINNOVA name since April 2025. We started with corporate web systems and integrations; today our main focus is AI implementation in the corporate sector and our own products.
How we work
- We calculate the effect before we start
Every project starts with business analysis. If automation does not pay off, we say so before the contract is signed.
- We fix the price and the deadline
The estimate and schedule are fixed in the contract based on a specification with acceptance criteria. Scope changes are formalised separately.
- Data stays with the client
We deploy systems and AI models inside the client's perimeter or in a cloud located in Kazakhstan. Code and documentation are handed over under an acceptance act.
- We build to information security standards and the Digital Code
Our systems pass information security certification, independent code review and stress tests for 100–200 thousand users.
- We know the corporate sector
Public and quasi-public sector, manufacturing and industry, oil and gas, finance, holdings. We understand regulations, procurement and acceptance from the inside.
- We don't disappear after launch
3 months of support are included in every project, followed by an SLA with clear response times.

Key milestones.
- 2020
Innovation Solutions Center LLP is founded. First contracts for corporate web systems and technical support of the national electronic legislation system.
- 2023
A unified BI platform for a holding with 12 subsidiaries. Corporate analytics practice launched.
- 2024
First industrial AI projects: predictive maintenance of equipment in oilfield services.
- 04.2025
BINNOVA LLP is established. The team continues under the new name. AI scoring for a microfinance company, an HCM platform for a holding, an AI assistant for internal regulations.
- 2026
Astana Hub resident. Launch of the BINNOVA Talks podcast, the Nadir AI product and an AI recruiter for mass hiring. Stronger AI practice and entry into new industries.
An engineering core and six AI agents on every project
The team scales to the project: CEO, CTO, AI engineer, backend and frontend developers. Six AI agents take part in development and requirements gathering, removing routine from engineers and shortening the cycle. They do not replace people; they increase the team's output.
